This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.37,000/- being the cost price of mobile with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of purchase to till the date of realization, to pay a sum of Rs.9,709/- being paid towards replacement of the mobile display and pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for untold hardship, inconvenience, mental agony, stress with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint. The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
