Sonia Bhatia Vs. Samsung India etc.

 

Present:-                 Sh. Shashi Kant, Advocate for complainant.

                    Sh. Deepanshu Tuteja,  Adv. for OP No.1.

OP No.2 exparte.

 

1.                 Ld. counsel for OP No.1 made a statement, recorded separately, that as per compromise between the parties, OP No.1 is agreed to pay Rs.1,44,000/- (Rs. One lac forty four thousand) to the complainant within 45 days from passing of the order subject to depositing of old mobile set (Samsung S23 Ultra) alongwith its accessories with OP No.2- service center.

2.                 Upon which, learned counsel for complainant after verifying the above statement, withdraws the present complaint.

3                  In view of the above statements, present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. Parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statement(s). Certified copies of this order be sent to parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the records, in due course.
