ORDER

Present        :         Complainant in person

                             None for OP

 

Complainant submits that she has received a message of the Ld. Counsel for OP that  DD is still not ready.  However, in view of the statement of the parties matter is disposed off as settled and OP is directed to pay Rs.44,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement and he would take the Refrigerator back from the complainant.  Matter is disposed off as settled.  OP is directed to make the payment to the to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which OP shall pay an interest @ 6% p.a. from today till the date of actual payment and if not paid by the OP, then the complainant has the liberty to file appropriate execution before this Commission. 

Matter is disposed of as settled. 

File be consigned to record room.

Copy of this order be given Dasti to both the parties.
