An application has been filed jointly signed by the parties on 09.02.2023, stating that the dispute between the parties has since been settled and an amount of Rs 73,000/- has been paid to the Complainant in full and final settlement of the claim amount of the complainant. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted. Complaint is disposed of as settled. Copy of this order be given Dasti.
