Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise dated 13.01.2017 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP to refund the amount of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement within 45 days. The complainant will return mobile handset, job sheet and with all accessories to the OP.
This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 45 days failing which an additional interest of @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed off as settled. File be consigned to record room.
