Remaining arguments not concluded, rather at this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that complainant registered a complaint regarding malfunctioning of refrigerator and the service centre of the samsung company registered the complaint of the complainant, vide complaint no.4390655712 and engineer of the Samsung company had visited the premises of complainant and replaced some parts of the refrigerator and now for the last about one to two months, the fridge and refrigerator is working properly. The engineer of Samsung company did not receive any amount of visiting and repair charges. Message sent to the complainant regarding the same is placed on record as Mark ‘A’. As such, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. However, I reserve my right to file fresh complaint, if any defect occur in the refrigerator in question during the warranty period.”

          In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
