Stated that a per instructions from opposite parties No.1&3, opposite party No.1 is ready to replace the mobile set in question with a fresh mobile set or with mobile sets of equivalent value of Rs.6400/-. The complainant will submit the complete mobile set in question alongwith accessories within seven days to opposite party No.3 from the date of receipt of copy of order and opposite party No.1will replace the said set within 30 days thereafter.
