          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed in the National Lok Adalat.  However, learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement we are ready to pay invoice amount i.e Rs.16,000/-, within 15 days from today, subject to return old unit with accessories.  Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and agrees with the same. Complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint and he withdraws the same on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
