Mrs.Preeti Mahajan, Adv.counsel for opposite parties No.1 & 2 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the bill amount of the mobile hand set in question i.e. Rs.8500/- within one month from the date of receipt of copy of order subject to handing over of the old mobile hand set alongwith the accessories. In view of the above statement, Sh.B.S.Rajput, Adv.counsel for the complainant withdrew the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
