  3. Jindal Stabilizer, 15 Industrial Area, Cheeka, Tehsil Guhla, District Kaithal, through its Proprietor.
  4. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance company Limited, office at Lala Charan Dass Marg, Near Bullet Agency, Kaithal, through its Manager/Authorized Person.
  5.  Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, office at Bajaj Allianz House, Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune-411006 through its Branch Manager.

ORDER:

 

                   Notice to OP No.4 could not be issued for want of correct address, RC etc. However, learned counsel for OP No.5 has suffered a statement to the effect that OP No.5 Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. is ready to give the cheque of Rs.13162/- in favour of complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement to the effect that in view of above-mentioned statement of counsel for OP No.5, he is ready to accept the above-said cheque amounting to Rs.13162/- in favour of complainant. Heard.

                    In view of above-mentioned statements, present complaint is hereby disposed of. However, it is made clear that both the parties shall remain bound, by their own respective statements. File be consigned to records, after due compliance.
