Smt.Preeti Mahajan, counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded her statement that opposite party No.1 is ready to refund the price value of the mobile phone in question amounting to Rs.7999/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order subject to handing over all the accessories. In view of the above statement, Smt.Arminder Kaur,complainant got recorded her statement that she accepts the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party No.1. As such, she withdraws the present complaint. She will hand over the accessories to the counsel for the opposite party No.1. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
