                        The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant has made statement that he has received invoice amount of Rs.5900/- from the OP towards his satisfaction and the mobile handset in question has been returned to OP and hence, he withdraws his complaint as fully satisfied. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
