1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. When the case came up for consideration on 13/10/2022, both the parties submitted that there is a chance of settlement and hence the matter was referred for settlement talk to be held on 12/11/2022. On 12/11/2022 both the parties filed a compromise memo stating that the matter is settled for Rs.27,499/- (Rupees twenty seven thousand four hundred and ninety nine only). According to the compromise memo the first opposite party has agreed to pay Rs.27,499/- (Rupees twenty seven thousand four hundred and ninety nine only) to the complainant within 30 days from the date of settlement. The compromise memo signed and filed by both the parties is accepted and recorded. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the dispute, we find that this is a fit case to be allowed in terms of compromise.

              In the result, complaint is allowed in terms of compromise. The compromise memo dated 12/11/2022 shall form part of this order.

         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
