Present:- Complainant in Person.

As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Statement of the complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties, so she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by the complainant in Person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
