Present:  None for the complainant.

              This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his counsel up to 1.26 PM. Further wait is unjustified.  Complainant has not led any evidence.  There is no issue to decide the complaint on merits, the same is hereby dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant.  Record be consigned to the records.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action subject to period of limitation.
