Today, Sh.Vikas Garg, complainant appeared in person and made the following statement before this District Consumer Commission.

“Stated that as per the statement dated 6.8.2021 given by the counsel for the opposite parties, I have received cheque bearing no. 940927 dated 17.09.2021 for an amount of Rs.12,950/- drawn on the Honkong and Shanghai Bank Corporation Ltd. as full and final settlement of my claim and I also handed over the mobile in question to the ld.counsel for the opposite parties along with charge and earphones. Now, nothing has been due against the opposite parties and I withdraw my complaint being fully satisfied. So, my complaint may please be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Vikas Garg, complainant recorded today separately before this District Consumer Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
