On call no one appeared. it appears that this case has been admitted in absence of the complainant as after filing on 18.02.2021 complainant did not turn up and in the meantime it also appears that there was no quorum, but further it appears that after admission the complainant was noticed vide memo no. 473 dated 27.05.2022 but complainant did not appear even after having given several last chances. Ultimately, we consider that complainant has perhaps left the interest after filing the case. Therefore, from the conduct of the complainant this complaint case stands dismissed.
