File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. 

Learned counsel for the No. 1 made a statement that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to repair the mobile set in question and replace the defective parts free of costs within 30 days of receiving the mobile set. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that I have heard the above said statement of the counsel for the opposite party No. 1 and agree with same and as per compromise I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and  withdraw the same. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, parties are bound by the undertakings made today before the National Lok Adalat. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
