The Complainant is absent.

The Complainant is supposed to adduce evidence today. He was allowed last opportunity for adducing evidence today..

Learned Advocate for the O.P. No.1 is present. He urged for dismissal of the Complaint. We have heard him at length. We have gone through the case record. It appears from the record that since 26/09/2018 and till today the Complainant remained absent from this Forum. As many as 04 dates had been posted including today and in all the dates the Complainant has not turned up to pursue with his complaint. The conduct of the Complainant shows that he is not at all interested to proceed with his case. 

In view of this, we are constrained to record order of dismissal of the complaint filed by the Complainant Sri Abishek Saha.
