                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for Opposite party.

                   Learned counsel for the opposite party suffered a statement that the compromise has been effective between the parties for Rs.31,500/- (Rupees thirty one thousand five hundred only) as full and final settlement and company will make the payment to the complainant within 45 days. He further stated that complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard and agreed with the aforesaid statement of the counsel of company and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by both the parties, present case is disposed with direction to opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.31,500/- (Rupees thirty one thousand five hundred only) to the complainant within 45 days failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay the settlement amount alongwith interest of 9% per annum from today i.e. 03.06.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Complainant is directed to deposit the LED alongwith its accessories to the service centre of opposite party. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
