  1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt., Ltd., Authorized Service Centre Samsung, through its Manager Plot No.20,21,22 Asa Ram Market Model Town Karnal.
  2. Samsung India Electronics Pvt., Ltd., through its Sr. Manager, 20 to 24th floor two Horizon Centre Golf Course road Sector-43 DLF PH-V Gurugram.
  3. Samsung Vansh Sales SCO-25 ground floor, Nehru Palace Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. M.R.Sangwan, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1 & 2.

                   OP-3 exparte vide order dated 04.04.2022.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for compromise in Pre National Lok Adalat. Compromise effected.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs-1 & 2 has suffered his separate statement to effect that the OPs-1 & 2 is ready to pay Rs.27,490/- in total i.e. 10% of the invoice amount (274900) within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs-1 & 2. He agrees with the statement given by the counsel for the OPs-1 & 2, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

       In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties will be bound by their statement. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
