                    Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that  due to some technical faults he withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action and please return the original documents, if any.  In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Ahlmad is directed to return the original documents, if any, after obtaining and placing on record photo copy/ies of the same. File be consigned to record room.
