1. According to the complainant, on 29.7.2013 its door started giving trouble for which he lodged a complaint with the Samsung Customer Care on 30.7.2013. However, as nobody came to repair the refrigerator, despite many complaints, therefore, the complainant finally got the same repaired from a private vendor on 8.8.2013 by paying Rs.250/-.
2. Pleading that there is no deficiency in service or unfair trade practice on their part, prayer for dismissal of the complaint has been made.

According to the complainant, in view of the above extracted condition, the opposite parties were bound to provide labour for a period of 30 days for the same fault.

i) To refund the amount of Rs.530/- (Rs.280 + Rs.250) as discussed above.
ii) To pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- as compensation for mental agony and harassment suffered by the complainant
iii) To pay Rs.3,000/- as costs of litigation.
