            The record is placed before the National Lok Adalat for settlement.

            The complainant is present in person. Ld. Advocate for the O.P.No.1-Company, Mr. Pappu Gupta, is present.

Heard both sides.

Both parties have agreed to settle the disputed in the terms that the O.P.No.1-Company would replace the old T.V. with a new T.V. of same model  Being Samsung Crystal 4k 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD(4k) LED Smart TV  with latest version of 2023 from the Asansol Showroom, nearest residence of the complainant and the new T.V. would be delivered to the complainant within 29.12.2023.

            The O.P.No.1-Company has also agreed to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/-(Nine Thousand) only as litigation cost to the complainant which has been filed by the complainant today. The O.P.No.1-Company has agreed to pay the litigation cost of the said amount within 29.12.2023.

Thus, the matter stands settled between the parties.

Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint No.208/2022 be and the same is disposed of before the National Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
