This case stands admitted on 24.10.2016 with a direction to the complainant to file requisite to issue notice to the opposite party but from the record, it appears that several dates have lapsed and even more than five years have lapsed but complainant did not comply the order and kept himself away from the case record from which its almost clear that complainant  has got no interest now in this case. However, it is also made clear that opposite party has appeared suo-moto and filed written statement. Learned Counsel on behalf of opposite party submitted that only such consumer is entitled where there is a case of loss or ingury or in view of negligent in service as per the provision of 14 (1) of the act same has been mentioned in detail in written statement.

                                       Under the aforesaid reason and particularly that complainant has been absent since long this case stands dismissed.
