                   Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for the Opposite party no.1.

                   Learned President is on leave today. File put up today before Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.1 suffered a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties for Rs.1,08,000/- (Rupees One lakh eight thousand only) and company will make the payment to the complainant within 45 days. He further stated that the product should not be physically damaged or liquefied and complainant should return the product alongwith all the accessories to the customer care on or before taking the payment.           Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he agrees with the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed accordingly.

                   In view of the statements made by both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled in Lok Adalat, with direction to the opposite party no.1 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.1,08,000/- (Rupees One lakh eight thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days of order, failing which the opposite party no.1 shall be liable to pay interest @9% p.a. on the alleged amount from today i.e. 13.02.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                   Copy of this order shall be supplied to the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
