The Complainant is present in person. Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint. At the time of hearing of the complaint on the point of its admissibility it is noticed by us that the Complainant has written the name of the OP in different places in the manner of different spelling, which cannot be entertained on the ground that at the time of execution of the final order severe problem will occurred and due to wrong spelling of the name of the OP the final order may not be executable. Moreover at the very outset due to wrong spelling in the name of the OP notice cannot be issued and until and unless the notice is served upon the OP satisfactorily, the complaint cannot be properly adjudicated upon and it cannot be proceeded. For this reason for a precautionary measure the Complainant is directed to file fresh complaint after rectification of the spelling of the name of the OP in the cause title of the complaint.

Hence the consumer complaint being no-CC/101/2021 is dismissed without being admitted. Considering the facts there is no order as to cost.

As the complaint is not admitted hence the Complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission for getting return of the copy of the complaint along with its documents by filing a separate application. The appropriate authority of this Ld. Commission is hereby directed to take necessary step so that the Complainant get return of the aforementioned documents upon receipt of the application without any further delay.

Let a copy of this judgment be given to the party/ies free of cost as per the CPR.
