            Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 handed over to the complainant cheque of Rs.6200/- dated 17.11.2011 favouring the complainant bearing cheque No.432141 drawn on Bank of India. In view of this, the complainant has withdrawn the complaint being fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded on the complaint itself. Photocopy of cheque in question in token of receipt retained on record. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
