Today, the Ld. President is on leave. Statement of Ms.Gaganpreet Kaur, Advocate Counsel for the complainant recorded that she does not want to persue with the present complaint as the OP No.3 assured me that they will rectify the problem of the LED as per satisfaction of the complainant. So the complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty to file again on the same cause of action, in case, the OPs do not resolve the problem of the LED as per the satisfaction of the complainant. As such, the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
