Complainant represented. Opposite party1 represented. Since 02-12-2021 the case is posted to taking steps against opposite party 3 by the complainant. When the case come up to consideration today, it is noticed that the complainant has not taken steps against opposite party 3, in spite of the giving sufficient opportunities for the same. In the above circumstances it is found that complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed to default.
