            Complainant absent. Opposite parties represented by counsel. It is represented that the matter is settled and as per settlement opposite party has given cheque for an amount of Rs. 16,700/- to the complainant. For encashment of the cheque the case is posted for reporting settlement. Thereafter the complainant has not turned up. It is presumed that the complainant encashed the cheque. Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
