1. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. & Samsung Customer Service, Suit no.101-103, 1^st floor, Copia Corporate Suites plot no.9, Jasola, District Centre, New Delhi-110025 through its Manager.

2. Luxmi Agency, Link Road, Opp. Dayal Singh College, Karnal through its proprietor.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act

ORDER:

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that opposite parties are ready to make payment of Rs.3200/- after deducting the depreciated amount of the original cost of the mobile i.e. Rs.6400/-, provided original job sheet & accessories are deposited to the service centre of the company within 10 days. Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
