2. Mobile Mart, opp. Liberty Showroom, near Furniture Market, Old G.T. Road, Karnal authorized signatory.

3. Telus Global Verifacts Solutions, shop no.20,21,22 Asa Ram Market, Karnal Service Center.

                     Complaint u/s 12  of the Consumer Protection Act

Present:        Sh. Parshant Pahwa Advocate for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for opposite parties no.1 and 3.

                   Opposite party no.2 exparte.

 

ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. The matter has been compromised between the parties amicably. The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties no.1 and 3 made statement that opposite parties are ready to make the payment of depreciated amount of the mobile of Rs.11,000/- within 45 days, provided old mobile set alongwith accessories is deposited with the company.

               Thereafter, learned counsel for the complainant made statement that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                   In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
