1.Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. and Samsung Customer Service, Suit No.101-103, Ist Floor, Copia Corporate Suites Plot no.9, Jasola District Center, New Delhi 110025 through its Manager.

 

2.M/s Audio Video Electronics , # 10-11, Opposite Post office Ram Nagar, Karnal.

                     Protection Act.

                     Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Opposite Party no.1.

 

 ORDER:

                  

                     The learned counsel for the Opposite Party no.1 made statement that the mobile phone is out of warranty, therefore, 50% of the repair charges shall be borne by the Company as a good will gesture. Thereafter, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that  having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party no.1, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Their statements have  been recorded separately.

 

 

 

 

3.                  In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
