  1. Samsungh India Electronic Pvt. Ltd., 6th floor DLF Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001, through its Managing Director/authorized person.
  2. Samsung Customer Service Center, shop No.20 to 22, Asa Ram Market, Saini Colony, Model Town Karnal through its proprietor/authorized person.
  3. Samsung Customer Service Center, shop No.536, railway road, Karnal through its proprietor/authorized person Mr. Hemant.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Nitin Kumar, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Dheeraj Sachdeva, counsel for the OP-1.

                            

 

                   File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant and OP-1 for permission to withdraw the present complaint.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the OP-1 has suffered a separate statement that the OP-1 is ready to pay Rs.80,750/- i.e. 85% depreciated amount of the invoice amount with 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.

                   On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP-1. He agrees to the statement given by the counsel for the OP-1, so he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                 In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
