Version of OP1 not filed.   Counsel for the opposite party filed memo stating as follows:

        “As per the said compromise, the complainant received a sum of Rs.6,300/- from the opposite parties by way of cheque as full satisfaction of the complaint.   Hence it is prayed that the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to receive the F.S. Memo and record the same and pass such other just and necessary orders in the interest of justice.

        In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of forum.
