Present Sh. Ashish Kumar Advocate on behalf of  OP (Enrollment no.
D/3154/2017).  Complainant  has not appeared. The only issue between
the parties is that the complainant has lost the original phone which
he purchased from the OP and he has returned another phone in
replacement.  OP  got an affidavit from the complainant stating
therein that original phone was misplaced by him, so that no one else
should approach them in future with the original phone.  A copy of
this order be given dasti to OP which shall be a sufficient proof of
the complainant having misplaced the original phone and further having
no claim against the JD on the basis of that phone.  Matter stands
settled. File be consigned to record and a copy of the order be given
as Dasti to the OP.
