Today the case was fixed written version by the Opposite party No.3 and today Ld.Counsel for the opposite party No.1 and 2 made the following statement:-

“Stated thgat the opposite party No.1 i.e. Samsung India Electronics Pvt.Ltd is ready to refund 70% of Rs. 21,000/- i.e. price of the mobile in question alongwith its accessory to the Opposite Party No.1. The complainant is to withdraw the present complainant and the opposite party no.1 will make the payent within 45 days from the receipt of copy of order of withdrawn of this complaint.”

The complainant made the folowig statement:-

“I heard the statment of the Ld. counsel  of the Opposite party No.1 and I accepted the offer given by the opposite party no.1 in view of statment of the opposite party No.1, I do not want to purpose the present complaint further and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the ibid statment, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the parties are bound to their statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. After completion file be consigned to the record room.
