Present :  Sh.Vinay Khera, Adv.counsel for the complainant

               Mrs.Preeti Mahajan,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1

               Opposite parties No.2 & 3 ex-parte

          Mrs.Preeti Mahajan, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 suffered statement that mobile set of the complainant is duly repaired by the service centre and the complainant can take the same on any working day from the service centre subject to payment of the balance amount of Rs.2400/-. Sh.Vinay Khera, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that opposite party No.1 has violated the terms and conditions and did not provide the handset repaired in all aspects within time and as such, he pressed for reasonable compensation. Consequently, in view of the above statements, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to receive the repaired mobile hand set in question from the service centre of the opposite party No.1 on payment of Rs.2400/- in the service centre. Since the counsel for the complainant has pressed for compensation for violating the terms and conditions and for not providing the handset repaired in all aspects within time, as such, opposite party No.1 is directed to pay compensation of Rs.1000/- to the complainant. Compliance of the order be made within a period of 15 days from the receipt of copy of order. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
