ORDER

Complaint is allowed against O.P.2 and dismissed against O.P.s 1,3,4. O.P.2 is directed to refund an amount of Rs.8600/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from 13.09.2003 till the date of payment and also pay cost of Rs.1000/- to the complainant. Complainant is directed to surrender the handset to O.P.2 at the time of receiving such amount. O.P.2 shall pay such amount within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P.2 by RBAD and to others under COP.
