Sanjeev Anand versus Samsung India Electronic & anr.

 Present:                 Shri Rajesh Kaushik, Advocate for the complainant.

                                 Shri Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for the Op No.1.

                            File taken up today for seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint. Learned counsel for the OP No.1 has made a statement that complainant has compromised the matter with Op No.1. As per compromise, the amount for repair of the mobile phone shall bear by both parties in equal share. The complainant himself submits the mobile phone in service centre and 30 days time may kindly be granted to repair the phone.

                           In view of the statement made by Op No.1, learned counsel for the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
