Sh. Chander Bansal counsel for opposite party No. 1.

Case is put up before the National Lok Adalat. Sh. Chander Bansal Adv counsel for opposite party No. 1 made a statement that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to refund the amount of the mobile in question i.e. Rs. 1,12,500/- subject to depositing of mobile handset in question by the complainant with the opposite party No. 1 in proper condition with all accessories within 45 days of receiving the copy of the order. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand Ms. Neena Rani Adv counsel for the complainant made a statement that I have heard the above said statement of the counsel for the opposite party No. 1 and agree with same and as per compromise I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and  withdraw the same. Her statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, parties are bound by their undertakings made today before the National Lok Adalat. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
