Statement of Sh. Chander Bansal counsel for opposite party No. 1 recorded to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties. As per compromise opposite party No. 1 is ready to handover a purchase voucher worth equivalent to the hand set in question within 45 days from the date of receiving the order of this Commission, subject to receiving the hand set in question alongwith all accessories, in present conditions without any damage and the complainant can use the said purchase voucher to purchase any product of Samsung of that amount. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Gagandeep Garg Counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that he has heard the above said statement and he agree with the same. In view of the statements of the Ld. Counsel for the parties, the present complaint is disposed of. However, the parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
