Statement of Sh. Chander Bansal counsel for opposite party No. 1 recorded to the effect that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to refund the price of the product in question as per the invoice dated 11.7.2022 of Rs. 1,41,600/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receiving of certified copy of order subject to that the complainant will return the handset in question alongwith its accessories in proper condition at the time of accepting the demand draft/cheque of refund. On the other hand, statement of Ms. Neena Rani counsel for the complainant also recorded to the effect that she has heard the statement of counsel of opposite party No. 1 and I agree with the same and withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
