ORDER

 

Banarsi Lal versus Samsung India Electronics.

 

Present:                      Sh. Harpal Chahal Advocate for the complainant.

                      Sh. Amit Kumar Advocate for the OP No.1.

                       Sh.Shekhar Kapoor Advocate for the OP No.2.                                               

                        The counsel for the complainant has made a statement that Ops have compromised the matter according to which he has received a sum of Rs.4500/- on behalf of complainant from OP.No.2 counsel. i.e. Sh.Shekhar Kapoor advocate in cash and nothing remains due against Ops. He has further stated he does not want pursue further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. His statement has been recorded.

2.                        In view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
