1. Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. Branch Office situated at SCO 7, 1^st floor, Sector 14, Urban Estate, Karnal through its Manager/Authorised Signatory.
2. Samsung Service Centre, Deep Associates, Shop no.20,21, 22, ASA Ram Market, Karnal (Authorized Service Centre Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd.) through its Incharge.

                Shri Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate on behalf of OP no.1.

                None for OP no.2.

       

           Learned counsel of OP no.1 suffered a statement that OP no.1 is ready to refund the cost of the unit i.e. Rs.21,000/- within 30 days from the receipt of copy of the order subject to the condition that complainant shall deposit his old mobile with all the accessories. 

      On the other hand, complainant suffered a statement that in view of statement of learned counsel of OP no.1, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same             

                In view of statement of learned counsel of OP no.1 and complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. However, the parties would be governed by their respective statements. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
