           This appeal coming up before us for hearing finally today, this commission made the following order in open court:

              No representation for appellant.   Respondent though present at the first call, there is no representation when called at the second time.   During the past six hearings continuously, there was no representation for appellant.   Therefore, on imposing cost the matter was adjourned to this date for appearance of appellant and for arguments.  Cost not paid.   Since written arguments of the appellant not filed the stage was also closed.  The matter is pending from the year 2018 for arguments.   Sufficient opportunities given.   Today it is posted as last chance, but there is no representation for the appellant.  Appellant is also called absent, thereby showing that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case.  Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the appeal on file.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for default.  No cost.
