Complainant   is  absent. Opp. party   no-1 & 2  are  present   through   ld.   counsel. Opp. party   no-3 & 4    are  absent . It is    found  from the   record   that   complainant   was  absent   on   30/9/21, 27/10,21, 01/12/21,  01/02/22,  07/04/22   and  14/06/22. We are of the  opinion   that   complainant   is not   interested   to proceed   with the   case . 

Hence ,  the case  is dismissed    with  default.
