This case stands admitted on 05.12.2018 however filed on 06.11.2018. There was specific direction to file requisite but compainant did not comply the order since 30.04.2019 complainant has been absent. On 20.02.2020 there is specific order to comply but same has not been done. Thereafter several dates have lapsed and even having a direction to issue notice against the opposite parties remaining but same has not been complied from the facts above it is needless to say that complainant has got any interest in this case. Considering the conduct of the complainant this case stands dismissed for default.
