Raj Kumar versus Samsung India etc.

 

Present:      Complainant in person.

                   Sh. Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for Ops No.1 & 3.

                   OP No.2 ex-parte.

                                                                            

          Parties have settled their dispute amicably.  In view of the same Ops no. 1 & 3 are ready to refund the amount Rs.6,660/-  out of the billing amount of Rs.7,400/- of  the Samsung Mobile Model Galaxy J2 in question to the complainant within 30 days subject to deposit of old unit and all accessories at Service Center, Kurukshetra.  Complainant is satisfied with the same.  Statements of complainant and ld. counsel for Ops No.1 & 3 recorded in this context.  In view of the same, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
